Skate Park Times and Rules
The Bonita Springs Skate Park is open 7:00 am - 9:00 pm daily.
-Allows for the use of skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, and free-style bikes only. No E-bikes.
-All participants must wear ANSI-Approved helmet. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards.
-Use of this skate park represents an "Inherent Risk" as defined by Florida Statute 316.0085 assumed by the user. The City of Bonita Springs does not assume responsibility for injuries per this statute. This park is unsupervised. Use of this park is at your own risk. Users must know your own abilities and limits, and maintain control at all times.
-Children ten (10) and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
-Closed toed shoes and shirts are required.
-Moveable obstacles or outside materials (e.g. ramps/jumps) are prohibited.
-Animals are not permitted in the skate park.
-Skating is permitted within the skate park and not on Park structures not designed for that purpose. Skaters must not ride against traffic on pipes and rails and must not proceed on down ramp until it is clear of other riders.
-The use of wax or any motorized vehicles is prohibited.
-No amplified music, horseplay, fighting, profanity, or drugs, alcohol, or smoking. Any of these activities will result in removal from the park.
-The City of Bonita Springs reserves the right to restrict entry to the facility and ask individuals to leave the park if these guidelines are not followed or if unsafe behavior is observed.
