Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a fun way to exercise and provide many health benefits. Classes are free of charge with an annual membership or daily fee payment. Any equipment used in the classes are provided by the pool, however, if you have flotation belts or barbells you may bring your own. There are two different classes offered.

Shallow Water

Shallow water classes focus on fast pace movements to elevate your heart rate. Strength, toning and range of motion exercises also provide a well rounded experience. 

Deep Water

Deep water classes focus on slower movements to promote strength and range of motion. Flotation belts and barbells add to the resistance of the water. Core exercises in this class can promote posture, relieve back pain, and tone up the midsection.
